Every Executive engagement has two phases. An install phase, where T&S assesses the business, agrees the operating model, and stands up the operating layer. Then a run phase, an ongoing monthly retainer, where T&S runs the system alongside your team and stays accountable for it. An install fee, then a monthly retainer. Pricing is set in the first conversation, scoped to your business.
